Please note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used perfumes, oils, or other personal care products.
How to Initiate a Return
If you wish to return an item, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Send an email to vogueroots@gmail.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Return Authorization: Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions for shipping the item back to us.
- Ship the Item: Package the item securely in the original packaging and send it to the return address provided. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Shipping Charges: Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as a wrong or defective item).
- Refund Timeline: Depending on your payment provider, the refunded amount may take an additional 3-5 business days to appear in your account.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different product, please follow the same return process as outlined above. Once we receive your returned item, we will process your exchange. Any price differences will be communicated via email.
Damaged or Defective Items
